These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pak47 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using pak47 you confirm that you accept these terms in full.
The sections below summarise the main areas covered in these Terms and Conditions. These highlights do not replace or override the full legal text.
Registration is open to adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Users must provide accurate personal information and comply with identity verification requirements.
All transactions are subject to the cashier conditions in force at the time. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Account details must match the registered account name.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pak47 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pak47 website located at https://pak47.cam and all associated services, features and content provided thereon.
pak47 is an English-language online betting platform developed for users in the Pakistan market. The platform offers sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports — as well as live casino games, slots, instant-win titles and related features.
By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pak47 platform.
Legal Notice: pak47 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Registration and participation on pak47 is subject to the following eligibility conditions:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an account and use the Platform. pak47 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the pak47 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. The Platform does not represent that its services are legally available in all countries or territories. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. pak47 does not seek to encourage participation where local law prohibits it.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pak47. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. Any material misrepresentation — including a false name, date of birth, address or payment detail — constitutes a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — or any other city in Pakistan — are reminded that local laws may restrict gambling participation. Registration on pak47 does not confer legal permission to gamble under Pakistani law.
To create a pak47 account, you must complete the registration form with your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a secure password. You may be required to verify your email address before your account becomes fully active. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and all related policies.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. pak47 will never request your password by email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately via live chat.
pak47 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal request — and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by the Platform — you will be required to submit:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, where fraud is suspected, the closure of the account. The Platform's KYC procedures are designed to meet anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect all players.
pak47 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for users selecting PKR as their account currency. Accounts may also be configured in other supported currencies. The currency selected at registration cannot be changed after the account has been funded.
pak47 provides access to various deposit options as displayed in the cashier at the time of your transaction. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT may be listed for contextual familiarity. Their availability as active deposit methods at any given time is subject to change without notice. The presence of a payment brand name on the Platform does not constitute endorsement by, affiliation with or support from any of those providers.
Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account. Minimum amounts are subject to change in line with payment processor requirements.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that legally belong to you. The use of third-party payment accounts — including those of family members, friends or business associates — is prohibited. pak47 reserves the right to request evidence of payment ownership as part of its KYC process.
pak47 is not liable for any deposit that fails due to issues on the payment processor's side, including bank declines, network outages or transaction limits set by your financial institution. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable processing window, contact support with the relevant transaction reference.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed to the Platform's satisfaction. The withdrawal account must be registered in your own name and match the name on your pak47 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
If your account holds active bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement, the rollover condition must be met before the bonus-derived balance can be included in a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting applicable wagering conditions will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings. Your real money balance remains withdrawable subject to standard verification requirements.
pak47 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing is subject to internal review, payment processor schedules and KYC status. Factors outside the Platform's control — including bank processing delays and payment network outages — may affect the time taken for funds to reach your account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period and are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method. The Platform reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in multiple instalments.
pak47 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, AML concerns or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform may request additional documentation before proceeding.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by pak47 are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that offer.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and contribution rates are specified per promotion. As an illustrative example only: a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30× wagering requirement would require a total of PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established. Actual values are set per promotion.
While bonus funds remain active in your account, a maximum single-wager limit applies — typically PKR 1,000 or as specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are specified per promotion. Sports bets may contribute at a different rate to slots, and certain table games or live casino titles may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. Players must review the applicable contribution table before wagering bonus funds.
Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn prior to the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are specified per promotion and begin from the date and time the bonus is credited. The Platform is not obligated to provide advance notice of imminent bonus expiry.
pak47 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent, coordination between multiple accounts and the exploitation of system errors.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pak47. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference within the Platform interface.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default, with other formats available in account settings. Odds are subject to change up until the moment of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked in, subject to Section 8.4 below.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before settlement; manifest pricing errors are identified; or the event outcome cannot be determined within the timeframe specified by the Platform's settlement policy.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, scores, event details or any other information displayed on the Platform, pak47 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. No liability is accepted for losses arising from manifest errors.
Bets are settled in accordance with the Platform's published settlement rules for each sport and market type. The Platform uses official results from recognised governing bodies — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, and the relevant international federation for other sports — as the basis for settlement. In the absence of an official result within the stated timeframe, the Platform's decision is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak47 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
Where fraud, money laundering or match-fixing is suspected, pak47 reserves the right to freeze account balances, report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement investigations, in addition to closing the account and forfeiting funds.
pak47 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where required by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or where the Platform determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to its integrity or to other users.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse or underage gambling — the Platform reserves the right to withhold the account balance. Where closure is initiated by the Platform for reasons unrelated to a breach by the User, any verified real money balance will be returned to the User following the completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please note: email addresses on this Platform are displayed as plain text and are not hyperlinked. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding real money balance will be paid out following KYC verification, subject to the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Platform reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the applicable fee schedule, provided that prior notice has been given to the registered email address. Dormant account fees will not reduce a balance below zero.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pak47.
Game content is provided under licence from third-party technology and game studio partners. All rights in game content remain with the respective licensors. pak47 makes no representations as to ownership of third-party game intellectual property.
pak47 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages and events beyond the Platform's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. pak47 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime or service interruptions.
pak47 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily and at the User's own risk. The Platform provides tools to help manage gambling activity, but the responsibility for gambling decisions rests solely with the User.
The Platform incorporates content and services from third-party technology partners, including game studios and sports data providers. pak47 does not accept liability for errors, inaccuracies or interruptions in third-party content where such issues arise from the third party's own systems.
pak47 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, power failures or civil disturbances.
pak47 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed and operates. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request from the support team.
In the event of a dispute relating to your account, a wager or a Platform decision, you should first contact the support team via live chat or email to allow the matter to be resolved informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct support, the Platform's formal dispute resolution procedure may be invoked as described in the support documentation.
Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
